PURE & ZERO is made by winemaker Daiki Fujii, who has experience making wine in countries around the world.
After tasting and producing thousands of wines, he says he wanted to deliver the same kind of goosebump-inducing emotion to people who do not drink alcohol.
PURE & ZERO was created by selecting and pressing grapes to the same standards used for wine grapes, aiming for an additive-free juice with wine-like aromatic dimension and depth.
Born from the reversal of expectations — “a winemaker making juice” — it offers a new form of luxury.
