TV Osaka’s “Otona Tabi Aruki Tabi” will air on June 28.
Kunihiko Mitamura and Maiko Kozuka will travel from Fujiidera to Habikino, sampling some of southern Osaka’s best food.
Kawachi Wine is also scheduled to appear.

A Taste of Southern Osaka
“Otona no Tabibito” is a television program in which Kunihiko Mitamura visits recommended destinations and shares carefully selected information, including seasonal foods, while walking through each town.
This episode follows Mitamura and Maiko Kozuka from Fujiidera to Habikino as they explore the flavors of southern Osaka.
In Fujiidera they visit a popular handmade udon shop run by a vegetable sommelier, while in Habikino they try “saiboshi,” a smoked horse-meat specialty with a 100-year tradition, as well as creative bagels from a popular shop said to sell out within an hour each day.
Kawachi Wine Is Also Featured
The journey also includes a visit to Kawachi Wine.
They taste wines including “Kintoku Budoshu Delaware,” a light style said to be easy enough to enjoy from the morning, and “Tokuichi Chardonnay 85th.”
The program also visits a popular yakitori restaurant in Fujiidera that requires reservations, making for a trip full of food and drink.
