About "Taste of Hokkaido UNWIND Otaru Wine & Cuisine"
"Taste of Hokkaido UNWIND Otaru Wine & Cuisine" is an event held at UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Otaru.
Born from the desire to deliver the appeal of local Hokkaido wines—including Otaru, Yoichi, and Niki—to as many people as possible, this popular event has been held regularly since July 2021, with the hotel inviting guests involved in wine.
This time, the guests are Mr. and Mrs. Osa from "OSA WINERY," an Otaru winery where the 2 of them, as husband and wife, handle everything from grape cultivation to brewing and sales under the theme of "wines of happiness."
Because it receives great acclaim every year, this terrace wine event with OSA WINERY marks its 3rd edition and is one of the seasonal traditions that add color to summer at UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Otaru.

Themed around a "Breeze-Scented Wine Party," the event will feature pairings of 4 types of wines lovingly crafted by OSA WINERY—who handle everything from grape growing to winemaking and sales—with creative dishes from UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Otaru, alongside talks by Mr. and Mrs. Osa of OSA WINERY.
