Sales of Goka apple wines “ORION” and “VIRGO” began on Monday, July 21, 2025.
The wines are made with high-quality apples from Achi Village in Nagano Prefecture, known for its spectacular starry skies.

ORION and VIRGO are apple wines made from fruit grown at Acchi Mura Farm and Matsuoka Farm in the nature-rich Goka district of Achi Village, overlooking the Southern Alps.
The lineup includes a dry style and a very sweet style.
About the Goka apple wines
The two wines are:
• Goka Apple Wine ORION
Apple: Fuji
Acchi Mura Farm — Masayuki Kinoshita
Characteristics: Made from 100% deeply flavored Goka Fuji apples. The coarsely pressed juice is fermented at low temperature and then infused with oak chips to add depth. The crisp acidity of Fuji apples is balanced by woody and vanilla aromas.
• Goka Apple Wine VIRGO
Apple: Shinano Sweet
Matsuoka Farm — Akito Kinoshita
The naturally sweet Goka Shinano Sweet apples are fermented slowly and bottled just as the juice is turning into alcohol, creating a juicy, sweet palate.
The result is light and refreshing, suited to the atmosphere of spring.
It is a flavor wine lovers can appreciate.
As a launch commemorative gift, the first 100 purchasers of each bottle will also receive a constellation keychain made from thinned wood from Achi Village.
