About the “All-You-Can-Drink Yamanashi Wine” Plan
Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Shinko in Isawa, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, places particular emphasis on hospitality through Yamanashi wines from Japan’s largest wine-producing region, “Wine Prefecture Yamanashi,” paired with its gourmet buffet.
The hotel is known for changing its “All-You-Can-Drink Yamanashi Wine” selection with the seasons, and an autumn wine list has been available since September 1.
About the Autumn Wine List
The autumn wine list features 11 Yamanashi wines plus three sparkling wines that are perfect for starting a meal, for a total of 14 selections.
Examples include Vin Mousseux Koshu from Shirayuri Winery Co., Ltd., YOAKENO Tennobara Hokuto no Shizuku from Monde Winery Co., Ltd., and Fox Village Koshu Dry from Alps Wine Co., Ltd., all available on an all-you-can-drink basis.
Meals are of course served buffet-style, making it easy to enjoy a wide variety of pairings.
