On Saturday, June 21, 2025, alpine resort Hotel La Vigne Hakuba by Onko Chishin will host a one-night-only dinner created together with pioneers of Japanese wine.

About the Special Dinner
The event will welcome three producers who helped build the foundations of Japanese wine. Guests will enjoy nine acclaimed wines, including rare back vintages, paired with a French dinner by Executive Chef Imanishi using seasonal ingredients from Hakuba.
The pairing is designed as a unique expression of the Onko Chishin idea of learning from the past to create the new.
About the Program
The dinner is intended to give more people an opportunity to experience the appeal of Japanese wine, with a lineup that lets guests taste its past, present and future in one evening.
Executive Chef Imanishi’s one-night-only course responds to the character of each wine, grounding each plate in tradition while adding innovation.

★ Noriko Kishidaira, Takeda Winery, Yamagata Prefecture
★ Kozo Tsuchiya, Kizan Wine, Yamanashi Prefecture
The event package starts from ¥66,000 per person including tax, based on two guests sharing one room, with one night, two meals, and the event dinner included.
