On August 19 (Sat) and 20 (Sun), the Bon Odori event "5th Downtown Ueno Hometown Bon Odori Festival with 'Discover! Fukushima Summer Festival'" will be held at Okachimachi Panda Square over two days.
Furthermore, on the evening of August 18 (Fri), the day before, a relaxed eve festival for adults to enjoy music and drinks will also take place.

About the "Downtown Ueno Hometown Bon Odori Festival"
The "Downtown Ueno Hometown Bon Odori Festival" is a Bon Odori event held at Okachimachi Panda Square.
Along with artist stages, Fukushima food stalls will make an appearance, offering specialties such as Namie yakisoba, Fukushima beef sirloin steak skewers, grilled seafood, Aizu specialty stewed and grilled horse meat, as well as Fukushima's proud sake & craft beer.

At the "Eve Festival" held the day before the Bon Odori festival, popular trending singer Leon Niihama and the retro Showa-vibe Nuts mellows will grace the stage.
In addition, sake, craft beer, shochu, and wine will also be featured at the Fukushima food stalls.
From August 16 (Wed) to 22 (Tue), the "Fukushima Fair @ Matsuzakaya Ueno Store B1F Hoppe Town" will be held concurrently, where Fukushima wines will also be available for purchase.
