A major event for Japanese wine: "Yamanashi Nouveau Release Day."
On Tuesday, November 2, a notable event celebrating this release day will be held at Shiro no Hotel Kofu.
Its name: "Shiro no Hotel Kofu × Yamanashi Nouveau Release Countdown Event."

Part 1 features Yamanashi specialties booths!
The event is scheduled to be held in two parts: "Part 1" from 17:00 to 22:00, and "Part 2" starting at 23:45.
In Part 1, along with a booth by "Domaine Hide," which continues to craft meticulously made wines in Minami-Alps City, there will also be booths by "Kunseiya Hibiki," selling smoked snacks that pair well with Yamanashi sake and wine, and "Kurura," offering carefully selected wonderful "Yamanashi specialties" infused with the producers' passion.
In addition, starting at 15:00 on the day, Shirayuri Winery's "L'Orient Katsunuma Koshu 2019" and Lumiere's "Hikari Koshu 2018," both Platinum Award winners at DWWA 2021, will be available from a wine dispenser for 500 yen per glass.
Part 1 alone offers plenty of content to thoroughly enjoy Yamanashi Prefecture.
Part 2 is the countdown event!
Part 2 is finally the countdown event leading right up to the release day.
Doors are scheduled to open at 23:45, with a toast event to be held at 24:00.
On the day, guests can enjoy a special snack set from Japanese Dining "KUU" alongside newly released wines such as freshly uncorked Yamanashi Nouveau.
The countdown event requires advance reservations, but same-day participation is also possible if seats are available.
