A New Collaboration
The collaborative wine released this time is "Bourou NOGUCHI Noboribetsu × NIKI Hills Winery Estate Chardonnay Barrel Aged."
According to the inn, it previously collaborated with NIKI Hills Winery on a white wine in FY2021 to mark its 15th anniversary, and thanks to its great reputation, this new collaboration came to fruition.
Staff members personally visited NIKI Hills, resulting in a bottle crafted with even greater attention to detail this time.
About the Collaborative Wine
"Bourou NOGUCHI Noboribetsu × NIKI Hills Winery Estate Chardonnay Barrel Aged" is a rare wine limited to just 300 bottles.
There are no online sales, and it is offered exclusively at "Bourou NOGUCHI Noboribetsu" with a limited-edition label and vintage.
Vinified entirely from estate-grown grapes, future releases will feature vintages from 2020 onward.
