Hotel Okura Niigata will hold “Taste Niigata — Joetsu Fair” from Saturday, February 1 through Friday, February 28, 2025.

“Taste Niigata — Joetsu Fair”
“Taste Niigata — Joetsu Fair,” held at Hotel Okura Niigata, is a hotel restaurant event that comprehensively introduces outstanding food ingredients, sake, industrial products, tourism, and other attractions from across Niigata Prefecture.
The series began with Sado in September 2023 and has since showcased Shibata, Kashiwazaki, Murakami, Tokamachi and Tsunan, and Tsubame, Sanjo and Nagaoka. This will be the seventh installment.
This time, with support from Joetsu City, Hotel Okura Niigata’s chefs will use local specialties from Joetsu to highlight the appeal of the city’s ingredients.

During the fair, the appeal of Joetsu will be featured across a variety of hotel offerings, including Japanese Restaurant Yahiko, Bar Edinburgh, Sky Banquet Starlight, and lodging packages.
Among the lodging options is a special plan tied to the fair that includes a half bottle of Iwanohara Wine Zen Rosé, made by Iwanohara Vineyard in Joetsu City, which is celebrating its 130th anniversary.
