"NATURE HOUSE LOG-IN." is a wine bar with the concept of "creating opportunities to get to know wine."
Eliminating the "high threshold" often associated with authentic wine bars, they will serve hot dogs along with natural wine personified as handsome men so that even those with little drinking experience can easily enjoy themselves.
To make it a more casual bar, hot dogs were adopted for the food menu.
To serve hot dogs that pair well with wine, they contacted manufacturers across Japan and developed the product from 0 with great dedication.

Ahead of the store's opening, after working at night at "Log-in (the former store name)", the staff reportedly visited more than 10 wineries nationwide starting from 6:00 AM.
Although they tasted natural wine almost every day, thinking "not this one, not that one either," and days continued without finding a satisfying natural wine, they finally encountered natural wine produced in Nagano Prefecture and decided to serve it.
The store offers tasting flights of 3 varieties to learn about red and white wine grape varieties, creating a very casual atmosphere.
