Guests can reportedly enjoy a dinner that also features a carefully curated selection of Japanese wine.

Based on the concept of "Unwinding your soul in the breathing forest," "Nasu Muku no Ne" is an accommodation facility where guests can spend time immersed in vast nature spanning over 35,000 square meters.
As an auberge where you can fully enjoy authentic French cuisine incorporating seasonal ingredients and flavors of Nasu alongside the beautiful nature of Nasu that changes with every season, it is a popular, high-profile facility that also earned "One Michelin Key" this summer—an honor awarded to hotels offering exceptional stays.
French Dinner with Japanese Wine
Dinner at "Nasu Muku no Ne" is a French course menu that makes generous use of fresh, seasonal local ingredients harvested that very day in Nasu, all while overlooking the seasonal water garden spreading out before your eyes.
Centered around the theme of "how to bring out the freshness of ingredients harvested this morning," each dish highlighting the sensibility of Executive Chef Takumi Chiba makes this popular dinner color a truly special moment.
While French wines take center stage on the wine list, a diverse array of Japanese wine is also available, including selections from wineries in Nasushiobara, as well as elsewhere in Tochigi Prefecture, Yamanashi, Yamagata, and beyond.
