JR East View Tourism & Sales Co., Ltd. will operate the high-grade train “Nagomi” on a round trip between Shinjuku Station and Minami-Otari Station from Saturday, May 10 to Sunday, May 11, 2025.
Three tour courses include a ride on “Nagomi to Minami-Otari,” including one recommended for wine fans that visits Azumino Winery.

About “Nagomi to Minami-Otari”
“Nagomi” is the E655-series high-grade train used for special group services.
Known as a special train many people hope to ride at least once, it will make a special round trip between Shinjuku and Minami-Otari for these tours.
Three courses are available, allowing travelers to choose the itinerary they prefer.
On both outbound and return journeys, recommended local specialties selected by JR staff will be loaded at intermediate stations. On the return trip, municipalities along the Oito Line will also offer special hospitality.

1. “Morning Activity Trip!” Exclusive early-morning use of Hakuba Iwatake Mountain Resort’s spectacular terrace overlooking the three Hakuba peaks
2. Visit Kurobe Dam on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route and the spectacular snow walls of the “Snow Corridor”
3. “Shinshu Azumino,” blessed with spring water from the Northern Alps: wasabi farm & Suntory Natural Water factory tour
The “Shinshu Azumino” wasabi farm and Suntory Natural Water factory tour is also scheduled to visit Azumino Winery, where participants can tour the winery and enjoy a tasting.
