About the Nagasaki Fair
The Nagasaki Fair is a limited-time event at Sunshine Cruise Cruise, a French restaurant on the 58th floor of the Sunshine 60 Building in Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo.
The chef personally visited Nagasaki Prefecture, spoke with producers, tasted ingredients on location, and selected only those he genuinely found delicious. The fair expresses Nagasaki’s nature, culture, and people through each dish in a style unique to Sunshine Cruise Cruise.
