"Kurura" is a project launched in 2021 with the desire to introduce more and more people across Japan to talented individuals from Yamanashi Prefecture who are active outside the prefecture.
Now, "Kurura" will host a one-night-only event in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, on Saturday, August 21, 2021, focusing on local industries and musicians from Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi Prefecture: "MINAMI-ALPS Special Night: The Miracle of Minami-Alps City, Becoming Intoxicated with Drinks, Food, and Sound in Setagaya."
On the day of the event, top creators active in Minami-Alps City will gather.
It promises to be a special event communicating through "drink, food, and sound."
Luxurious Guests to Fully Enjoy Minami-Alps City
Appearing at this event are top creators active in Minami-Alps City.
Violinist Akiyo Fujiwara

After graduating from the Music High School Attached to the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts, and then graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, she has received awards at numerous concerts and international competitions, and is currently studying at the Berlin University of the Arts.
She is an exceptionally luxurious guest allowing you to enjoy world-class beautiful tones.
Kento Tezuka, Owner of Kunseiya Hibiki (Mastech Co., Ltd.)

Kento Tezuka, owner of "Kunseiya Hibiki," continues to create items that are "delicious, novel, and rare."
He is a notable figure in the gourmet world who seasons items with his company's secret saumure brine, focusing on ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture, and smokes each product meticulously.
Proactively taking on ingredients that are generally considered difficult to smoke—starting with tofu from the city's long-established Yokoyama Tofu Shop, which has won awards in national competitions, as well as products using "Fujinosuke," Yamanashi's new brand fish crossbreeding rainbow trout and king salmon—he has earned high praise both inside and outside Yamanashi Prefecture.
Hideo Shibuya, Representative of Domaine Hide (Chauve Co., Ltd.)

Mr. Shibuya of Domaine Hide, a familiar name to NIHON WINE.JP, will also appear at the event.
After sprinkling water at 46 locations across Japan to test drainage, he relocated in 2015 to Minami-Alps City, which showed the best results.
He is a master of Japanese wine making who continues to garner high acclaim both domestically and internationally, including winning Silver at the DWWA (Decanter World Wine Awards), one of the world's leading international competitions, and having his Mizunara Rosé Japonais 2018 featured at the G20 Osaka Summit reception.
A Unique Experience to Enjoy "Drinks, Food, and Sound"!

At "MINAMI-ALPS Special Night: The Miracle of Minami-Alps City, Becoming Intoxicated with Drinks, Food, and Sound in Setagaya," you can enjoy the luxurious experience of savoring smoked delicacies crafted by Kento Tezuka and wine from Domaine Hide while listening to the violin melodies of the internationally active Akiyo Fujiwara.
Furthermore, this is a rare opportunity to witness a "miraculous collaboration" by three individuals connected to the very same city.
One of wine's charms lies in "pairing things born from the same terroir," and this event is designed precisely to let you experience that through "drinks, food, and sound."
