About the 2025 Yamanashi Nouveau Wines
Yamanashi nouveau is a once-a-year celebration of new wine.
This year, Manns Wine is releasing limited-production wines made with high-quality Yamanashi-grown Koshu and Muscat Bailey A grapes.
The Koshu wine is “Koshu Primeur 2025.”
The Muscat Bailey A wine is “Muscat Bailey A Primeur 2025.”
What’s Inside
“Koshu Primeur 2025” is made exclusively from free-run juice from carefully selected Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture.
Yeast selected to bring out citrus aromas is used for low-temperature fermentation, producing a fresh and fruity wine with satisfying depth.
“Muscat Bailey A Primeur 2025,” meanwhile, uses carefully selected, deeply colored Muscat Bailey A grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture.
Despite being a nouveau wine, it is finished with a solid color and a complex, full-bodied flavor.
A special 10% early-bird discount is currently available.
