The two items developed by Lumiere this time are a bottled hot wine that can be enjoyed easily just by heating it up, and a visually delightful hot wine spice kit made with cinnamon sticks, dried yuzu, and other ingredients, brewed with your own red wine.
Hot wine itself was originally served exclusively to visitors during autumn events at the winery, and was highly popular thanks to the original recipe supervised by the chef of the adjacent French restaurant "Zelkova".
This newly developed hot wine features further improvements with a particular focus on aroma and flavor.
Because you can adjust the sweetness to your liking, it is also recommended for those who are not fond of wine.
