About "Niagara Blanc"
"Niagara Blanc" is a white wine brewed by "St. Cousair Winery," a winery in Iizuna Town, Nagano Prefecture.
It is a sweet white wine made with 100% white "Niagara" grapes from Hokkaido, and is one of the winery's most popular bottles.
Every year, grapes are harvested around September and brewed immediately, then bottled after a short fermentation period of about 2 months to maximize freshness.
It is a long-selling product loved for over 20 years, with sales starting every year around early 12 (December), and it is well known that many fans look forward to the release of this nouveau wine every year.
Single-serving size released!
This time, a single-serving size has been introduced for this "Niagara Blanc".
Behind this was feedback from fans.
- "I want to try it more casually"
- "I'm a big fan, but it's hard to finish a full bottle"
- "I want a smaller volume bottle for a gift"
In response to requests like these, the single-serving size was reportedly launched.

It is a size that makes it easy to enjoy for a quick evening drink on a weekday when you just want a little wine, for solo drinking, or as a sample gift for people who don't usually drink much wine.
