BS12 TwellV Travel Program “Masayuki Kusumi’s Nippon Hashiyasume Stroll: Yamanashi Edition” Airs March 7!

On Thursday, March 7, the travel program “Masayuki Kusumi's Nippon Hashiyasume Stroll: Yamanashi Edition” will air.

The program will also include scenes featuring Yamanashi wine.

Here are the details.

About “Masayuki Kusumi's Nippon Hashiyasume Stroll”

“Masayuki Kusumi's Nippon Hashiyasume Stroll” is a travel program broadcast nationwide for free on BS12 TwellV.

Manga artist and musician Masayuki Kusumi, known for works including “The Solitary Gourmet,” encounters products, people, buildings, and foods that are modest and unpretentious like a small palate cleanser, yet indispensable.

Yamanashi Wine Appears!

This time, Kusumi travels to Yamanashi.

At “Akafuji Wine Cellar,” he tastes a variety of selected wines in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan's leading grape-producing region, including wines that have won gold medals at one of the world's largest wine competitions.

He also tries his hand at creating an original engraved glass.

The program also features “rock-inspired interiors and superb Sichuan cuisine,” traditional Japanese fireworks known as “wabi,” and “excellent yakitori enjoyed while warming up at a kotatsu,” among other attractions.

If you love travel or Yamanashi wine, be sure to check it out.
