Here are the details.

About the “Kushiro Sake Map”

The “Kushiro Sake Map” is a map of alcoholic beverages created by the Hokkaido Government Kushiro General Subprefectural Bureau.

With the aim of promoting the region through alcoholic beverages, the map introduces producers making alcoholic drinks in the Kushiro area as well as beverages made using local products as ingredients.

Wine Is Featured Too!

Located in eastern Hokkaido, the Kushiro region consists of eight municipalities: Kushiro City, Kushiro Town, Akkeshi Town, Hamanaka Town, Shibecha Town, Teshikaga Town, Tsurui Village, and Shiranuka Town.

In addition to sake, beer, and shochu, the “Kushiro Sake Map” also introduces wine.

From Teshikaga Town, it features Teshika, a red sparkling wine made with Yama Sauvignon.

It also introduces Japanese wines with ties to the Kushiro region, including Red Chapeau Wine and Couronne Rouge.

The map can be downloaded from the website of the Commerce, Industry, Labor and Tourism Division of the Hokkaido Government Kushiro General Subprefectural Bureau.
