Shigoto Ryokou Co., Ltd. has launched a special page on its website as part of its commissioned work for Kobe City's "Trial Migration and Work Experience Opportunity Creation" project.
Recruitment of participants, limited to those living outside Hyogo Prefecture, has also begun.
Among the opportunities is a winery experience.
Let's take a look at the details.
What Is Kobe City's "Trial Migration" Project?
The "Trial Migration and Work Experience Opportunity Creation" project by Kobe City.
This project aims to use work as an entry point for young people outside Hyogo Prefecture to experience the appeal of Kobe's companies (workplaces), and to build deeper connections through interaction with citizens.
Participants are being recruited through a special page created on Shigoto Ryokou's website.
It will offer work experiences unique to Kobe, such as local industries, across various locations, as well as trial career-change opportunities with recruitment in mind.
A Winery Is Also Hosting
The businesses and facilities scheduled to host participants this time are diverse, including sake breweries, restaurants, an athletic park, and more.
Among them, what wine lovers should take note of is "Kobe Winery," located in an area designated as a satoyama and rural zone.
In this project, participants can experience vine pruning and wine-related project planning at the winery, making it recommended for those who want to work at a winery in the future.
In addition, experiences related to vegetable growing, soil preparation, and rural community development are also open for applications, such as at Tsurumaki Farm and Cheer Farm Moto Farm.
Not only those interested in winemaking, but also those interested in agriculture, should check it out.
Consider Moving to Hyogo Prefecture?
Eligibility for this project is limited to residents outside Hyogo Prefecture.
Even for those living outside the prefecture, it might be a wonderful opportunity to move to Hyogo Prefecture and open up a new path in life through hands-on experiences at various businesses and facilities.
