About the Event
Kyu Karuizawa KIKYO, Curio Collection by Hilton is collaborating with Manns Wines, a producer with more than half a century of history growing grapes and making wines that reflect the landscapes of Yamanashi and Nagano.
Cuisine featuring abundant Shinshu ingredients will meet Manns Wines’ finest bottles, creating harmonies that can only be experienced on this occasion.
Program
The special course is scheduled to include an amuse-bouche, cold appetizer, warm appetizer, fish course, meat course and dessert.
