The "Kamikawa OSAKE Seminar & Business Matching Event" is a seminar, tasting, and business matching event that introduces OSAKE produced in Kamikawa to restaurants and liquor stores.
It is being organized in the hopes that alcoholic beverages produced in the Kamikawa area will be served in many hotels, restaurants, and liquor shops, becoming one of the pleasures of gastronomy and tourism.
Event Details
The "Kamikawa OSAKE Seminar & Business Matching Event" is scheduled to include a seminar entitled "As an OSAKE Production Region – The Potential of Kamikawa Products," along with a tasting and business matching session, as well as an OSAKE Meeting (information exchange session).
Target participants are alcoholic beverage production businesses within the Kamikawa Subprefecture and related businesses in the food and beverage, alcoholic beverage sales, and lodging industries, and admission is free.
The application deadline is Thursday, June 20, 2024.
Participating producers among wineries are scheduled to include Furano City Grape and Fruit Tree Research Institute (Furano City), Domaine Raison (Nakafurano Town), Tada Winery (Kamifurano Town), and Yukigawa Winery (Higashikawa Town).
Those in the food and beverage industry are warmly encouraged to participate.
