About the "Ishikawa Delicious Food Marche"
The "Ishikawa Delicious Food Marche" is a specialty fair bringing together a rich variety of specialties from Ishikawa Prefecture.
It will sell specialty products including sweets normally available only within Ishikawa Prefecture, sweets that showcase Kanazawa's traditional culture, and wines produced in the Noto region.
Ishikawa-Produced Wines Too!
At the venue, items such as the "Katanuki Hyakumangoku Baum," which is usually exclusive to Ishikawa Prefecture, will be featured.
Vendors including "Mameya Kanazawa Bankyu," "Organic Farm Kanazawa Daichi," and "Agricultural Production Corporation Kawani Co., Ltd." will provide precious items from Ishikawa Prefecture.
Among them, a notable highlight is the "Kanazawa Winery OKU-NOTO Chardonnay 2022" sold by "Organic Farm Kanazawa Daichi."
Made 100% from Chardonnay harvested in Suzu City in Oku-Noto, this dry wine features unfolding fruit flavors and gentle acidity, pairing exquisitely not only with cheese but also with Hokuriku fish dishes.
The "GranRoof Front Event Space" is also in a prime location just outside the JR Tokyo Station Yaesu Underground Central Exit ticket gates.
