About “KAHOKU BLUE 2025”

“KAHOKU BLUE 2025” is made with grapes grown in Kahoku City.

It is a fresh sparkling wine produced under contract by Heidi Winery Co., Ltd.

The wine is described as a bright, pale lemon yellow in appearance, with aromas of hassaku citrus, apple, pear, peach, apricot, Muscat, and pineapple. It offers fruitiness and freshness derived from those aromas, gentle sweetness and crisp acidity, followed by a lingering savory impression that gradually emerges from a touch of bitterness.
