The "Primo Series" consists of wines brewed that year by "Tsukuba Winery," released annually from year-end toward early spring.
This year, starting with ROUGE and ROSE on November 23, a total of five types of wine are scheduled to be released sequentially by February.
In addition to SAKURA, which was well received last year, UGUISU, perfectly suited for the plum blossom season, makes its debut.

・TSUKUBA PRIMO ROUGE

By employing the direct pressing method, Primo Rouge suppresses pigments and tannins compared to conventional red wines. While retaining the satisfying body characteristic of Fuji no Yume, you can enjoy a fresh mouthfeel and flavor not found in long-aged red wines.
・PRIMO ROSE
2,860 yen (tax included) 644 bottles / 720 ml

By using a newly adopted yeast and adding about 10% Muscat Bailey A to the rosé vinification of Fuji no Yume, it offers a smoother mouthfeel than last year. It is an easy-drinking wine with the nuance of berries drifting through aromas of red flowers.
・TSUKUBA PRIMO SPARKLING

An annually popular sparkling wine whose gorgeous hue makes it ideal for the Christmas season. While having a pleasant acidity, it is a bottle where you can also sense the richness characteristic of Fuji no Yume. Due to grape ripening conditions this year, only 500 bottles will be released.

The newest addition to the Primo Series, made with 100 percent Muscat Bailey A. With a clairet-like color intermediate between red wine and rosé, it is light, easy to drink, and pairs well with desserts. It is a gem perfect for the plum blossom season heralding the beginning of spring.

A popular rosé wine made with 100 percent Muscat Bailey A. Poured into a glass, its pale pink color stands out even more.
