About the "Regional HR Department National Forum"
The "Regional HR Department" takes on the challenge of acquiring, nurturing, and empowering human resources as an entire community.
Its momentum is spreading nationwide, with Regional HR Department initiatives being launched across Japan.
At the root of regional, social, and managerial challenges is "people." By focusing on these "people," diverse organizations will collaborate to formulate and execute regional human resource strategies.
At the "Regional HR Department National Forum," stakeholders leading "Regional HR Department" activities across the country will gather to introduce their activities in respective regions and the social impact they are creating.
On the morning of the event, an inspection tour and lunch highlighting Shiojiri City's distinctive urban development—such as entrepreneurship support and autonomous driving demonstration tests—are also planned.

The "Regional HR Department National Forum in Shiojiri/Nagano: Working, Living, and Thriving in the Region" will be held in the Multi-purpose Hall on the 3rd floor of the Shiojiri City Community Exchange Center, Enpark.
A variety of programs are prepared, including an opening act, a presentation on Shiojiri's HR department, talk sessions, and themed roundtable discussions.
Additionally, optional contents include an urban development inspection tour and lunch.
A grand social gathering among participants is also scheduled for the day, featuring carefully selected wines from 16 Shiojiri wineries, craft beer, Sanzoku-yaki, and more.
