"Premium Experience in the Birthplace of Japanese Wine: Yamanashi Wine & Gastronomy" is a project proposal planned by INCLUSIVE Inc. and its group company Orange and Partners Co., Ltd.
Recently, it was selected for the Agency for Cultural Affairs' "Project to Enhance Cultural Tourism Content for the Resumption and Expansion of Tourism."
This project leverages the strengths of both INCLUSIVE and Orange.
Let us take a look at the details.
About the Project

The proposal selected this time for the "Project to Enhance Cultural Tourism Content for the Resumption and Expansion of Tourism" is titled "Premium Experience in the Birthplace of Japanese Wine: Yamanashi Wine & Gastronomy."
In Yamanashi Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese wine and Japan's leading grape and wine producing region, this project was designed to solve conventional tourism challenges and realize tourism (cultural tourism) that utilizes cultural resources while giving back toward their preservation.
Leveraging INCLUSIVE's regional revitalization driving force and media editing capabilities based on digital communication, along with Orange's planning expertise and connections in regional tourism and gastronomy, they plan and offer information dissemination that rivals other wine regions in Japan, as well as new culinary experiences utilizing abundant ingredients.
As a concrete example, the company cites offering a new experiential luxury event where dining tables are set up right in the middle of a vineyard to taste "Yamanashi" wines in the very place where the grapes were born.
The served menu is scheduled to be co-created through a collaboration of next-generation chefs and sommeliers associated with Yamanashi Prefecture, making lavish use of Yamanashi ingredients.
Future Developments
Currently, various adjustments and preparations are underway toward holding the event in November 2022 (tentative).
This project is an initiative marked by a high degree of novelty and originality. To ensure fruitful results primarily as an initiative promoting cultural tourism, they will advance preparations in collaboration with chefs and people involved in Yamanashi Prefecture's wine industry, while simultaneously engaging in information dissemination to widely convey the appeal of regional cultural resources both inside and outside the prefecture.
