Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki will hold a fair from Thursday, January 15 through Tuesday, April 14, centered in part on Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture.
As part of the program, reservations have opened for a wine and dinner event on Sunday, March 8, featuring winemakers from Miyazaki Prefecture and Kawasaki City.

About the Wine & Dinner Event
The one-day event brings together food and wine from Miyazaki and Kawasaki. Guests include Mr. Akao, representative of Tsuno Winery, and Mr. Yamada, representative of Kuratei Wine, which grows wine grapes and makes wine in Okagami, Asao Ward, Kawasaki.
The special evening will be held in two parts at Station Conference Kawasaki and Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki.
Main Program
In the first part, the president of Tsuno Wine and Mr. Yamada of Kuratei Winery will speak about their passion for winemaking and the principles behind their work. The coordinator is Mr. Matsuo, representative of the OIV Registered Varieties Council.
In the second part, guests can enjoy Tsuno Wine and Kuratei Wine while talking with Mr. Akao and Mr. Yamada. A buffet of more than 40 dishes will feature seasonal Miyazaki ingredients and one-day-only specialties, including Miyazaki beef and the premium fish tamakai from Tsuno Town.
Reception starts at 4:45 p.m., and the price is ¥10,000 per person including tax.
