"All-Hokkaido Fair in Sunshine City 2023" is a product fair themed around "Hokkaido," the northern land blessed with delicious gourmet food.
A record 72 vendors, including 15 first-time participants, will set up shop, allowing visitors to enjoy eat-in delicacies representing the flavors of Hokkaido, such as seafood, meat dishes, and local ramen.
In addition, along with regional specialties and famous delicacies from all over Hokkaido—including soft-serve ice cream and dairy products made from fresh Hokkaido milk, as well as sweets popular nationwide—alcoholic beverages such as local craft beer that can be enjoyed at home will also be available for purchase.
It is a culinary event where you can fully savor all that Hokkaido has to offer.

At "All-Hokkaido Fair in Sunshine City 2023," many attractive food items characteristic of Hokkaido will be sold.
A truly all-star culinary lineup will gather, featuring the Tokyo debut of Hokkaido's black ramen "Black topped with Hakodate Gagome Kelp," "Rich Chashu Charred Miso Ramen" served by a ramen shop that won the Grand Prize at the 2017 Tokyo Ramen Show, and "Zangi (fried chicken)" made by a specialty shop that has won a total of 5 gold medals in the Karaage Grand Prix "East Japan Flavor Variety Category."
In addition, plenty of alcoholic beverages from Hokkaido, such as craft beer, sake, Otaru Wine, and Tokachi Wine, will also be offered.
