Tourism EXPO Japan 2023 Osaka/Kansai will be held at INTEX Osaka from Thursday, October 26 through Sunday, October 29.
The Hokkaido Tourism Organization will exhibit a Hokkaido booth at the event.
Hokkaido wine will also be promoted.

About the Hokkaido Booth
The Hokkaido booth stage will feature programs introducing Hokkaido Care Tourism, a new style of travel designed to refresh both mind and body, as well as attractions such as Shiretoko, home to some of Japan's richest natural scenery.
There will also be appearances by Hokkaido tourism PR character Kyun-chan and many other programs where visitors can experience the appeal of Hokkaido.

Highlights of the Hokkaido booth include:
・Upopoy, the Symbolic Space for Ethnic Harmony: encounter, experience and think about Ainu culture
・Toyotomi Onsen, known for one of only two hot spring water types of its kind in the world
・More than 50 wineries across Hokkaido and the region's increasingly popular local sake
・The World Heritage Jomon Prehistoric Sites in Northern Japan and artifacts excavated from the Shirataki Site Group, designated a National Treasure in June 2023
・Shiretoko, home to some of Japan's finest remaining natural environments
With wines from more than 50 wineries across Hokkaido available to enjoy, the booth is a must-see for wine fans.
