Hokkaido Wine Too
Starting at the landmark Sapporo TV Tower, an English-speaking guide familiar with the city takes guests to two renowned ramen shops: Darumaken in Nijo Market and Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan near Sapporo Station.
The second stop, Ramen Sapporo Ichiryuan, is particularly notable: its signature small Genki no Deru Miso Ramen is scheduled to be served with a choice of Hokkaido wine or beer.
The ramen shop owner, a former brewer and sommelier, also selects the pairings.
