The “Hirakawa Winery Maker’s Dinner” will be held at Sky Restaurant & Bar Star Gate on the 30th floor of ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya.
It is a luxurious one-night-only dinner featuring Atsuo Hirakawa of Hirakawa Winery in Yoichi, Hokkaido, together with a premium meal showcasing carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
Program
The event is being held to coincide with a hotel-wide Hokkaido Fair, welcoming Atsuo Hirakawa of Hirakawa Winery in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
In addition to hearing valuable stories about how to enjoy wine and about winemaking and viticulture, guests can savor fine courses paired with wine, including lobster fricassee topped with summer truffle and poêlé of blackthroat seaperch and Ezo abalone.
A prize drawing featuring winery-related goods is also planned.
