The 2025 vintage has lower residual sugar than the previous year, elevating it to a drier, more refined flavor profile. Sweet aromas reminiscent of acacia buds, refreshing green herbs, and rich fruitiness of green apple and ripe peach harmonize pleasantly with crisp, beautifully characteristic Hokkaido acidity.
