For three days from Saturday, May 3 through Monday, May 5, HAMANASHI HOUSEBOAT, the only floating restaurant on Lake Kawaguchi, will offer its “Golden Week Fireworks Special Plan by nôtori.”
The plan also includes Yamanashi wines.

About the “Golden Week Fireworks Special Plan by nôtori”
The “Golden Week Fireworks Special Plan by nôtori” is a special cruise where guests can enjoy dinner and wine on the lake while watching fireworks that light up the night sky as the finale of the “Cellar-Release Wine Bar Kawaguchiko” held on the lakeshore.
With spectacular views of Mt. Fuji, the cruise is limited to a maximum of 12 guests and offers dishes using local ingredients together with carefully selected Yamanashi wines.
A Gourmet Experience
The food is “Northern Foothills of Fuji Cuisine” created by chef Kohei Horiuchi of nôtori, the much-talked-about auberge that opened in Oshino Village.
nôtori is a combined dining and lodging facility built around the themes of “terroir and fermentation,” serving cuisine that brings out the appeal of local ingredients in a setting surrounded by abundant nature.
Three Yamanashi wines selected by sommelier Shigeichiro Horiuchi will be served.
