About the New Products
This time, Grande Polaire introduces the very first red wine from Hokkaido Hokuto Vineyard, as well as the first bottle-fermented sparkling wine from Azumino Ikeda Vineyard.
Hokkaido Hokuto Vineyard is an estate vineyard opened in 2018 aimed at reaching a new stage in Hokkaido, an optimal region for cultivating high-grade wine grapes. This year, in addition to the second vintage "Grande Polaire Hokuto Chardonnay 2023", it marks the release of Hokkaido Hokuto Vineyard's first red wine, "Grande Polaire Hokuto Merlot 2022", made with 100% Merlot.
Furthermore, attractive wines have arrived, including "Grande Polaire Azumino Ikeda Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs ＜Traditional Method＞ 2020", which is Azumino Ikeda Vineyard's first bottle-fermented sparkling wine.
