About "Shinshu Tomi City: The Blessings of Walnuts and Fermentation"
"Shinshu Tomi City: The Blessings of Walnuts and Fermentation" is an initiative held as a commemorative event for winning an award at the 25th abn / Hachijuni Group Furusato CM Awards NAGANO.
Focusing on Tomi City's specialties—walnuts, wine, and cheese—the program is designed to allow visitors to enjoy the attractions of Tomi City with all five senses through tastings of locally produced wine, walnut-cracking experiences, and more.
Crack Walnuts and Savor Wine
Various programs are prepared for this event.
Being able to enjoy wine from Tomi is also part of the appeal.
We will introduce walnuts, a signature specialty of Tomi City, along with locally produced wine. While actually tasting the wine, you can enjoy the flavors nurtured by the terroir of Tomi City.
