On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, St. Cousair's head winemaker will appear at a wine seminar held at Nagano Prefecture's antenna shop, Ginza NAGANO.
The special seminar will include tastings of St. Cousair Chardonnay and other wines.
Here are the details.
About the Wine Seminar
The seminar commemorates St. Cousair becoming the only Japanese producer to win a gold medal at the international Chardonnay du Monde 2025 competition and placing among the top 10 entered wines.
St. Cousair head winemaker Kyohei Nomura will appear as a guest.
About the Program
The wine seminar at Ginza NAGANO is hosted by Junya Hanaoka, a certified ambassador of the Nagano Wine Association.
Over a relaxed 90-minute session, participants will enjoy St. Cousair wines while hearing about the winery's approach and philosophy, the characteristics of its wines, and food pairing.
Five alcoholic beverages will be available for tasting.
The lineup centers on products normally available only at St. Cousair's hilltop site in Nagano and wines with competition awards.
Each will also be paired with complementary accompaniments and sweets from Kuze Fuku Shoten.
