The "FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN" fair has been running since November 2025.
From January 2026, the fair has moved into full swing.

About "FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN"
"FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN" selects seven alcohol producers in Fukushima Prefecture and introduces their products to restaurants in Fukushima, Tokyo and the Kansai region, where guests can enjoy them together with food.
The fair is held to quickly share new trends in Fukushima's alcoholic beverages with restaurants and consumers. The lineup includes sake, wine, craft sake, craft beer and craft gin.
The Seven Producers and Fair Information
The producers selected for "FUKUSHIMA SAKE SEVEN" are:
・Azuma Sanroku Winery (wine / Fukushima City)
・Kawauchi Winery (wine / Kawauchi Village)
・naturadistill Kawauchi Village Distillery (craft gin / Kawauchi Village)
・Pukupuku Brewery (craft sake / Minamisoma City)
・Hop Japan (craft beer / Tamura City)
・Yazawa Sake Brewery (sake / Yamatsuri Town)
・Yamatogawa Sake Brewery (sake / Kitakata City)
The participating venues are all notable establishments, including Jinzamomi (Japanese cuisine), Peperosso (Italian) and Oyama no Sakaba (wine bar).
