About "LADY beetle"
"LADY beetle" is a wine produced by Fujiclair Winery Co., Ltd. to commemorate its 60th anniversary.
Led by several staff members who are particularly fond of the outdoors, they made a resolute decision to create a wine where people can simply feel the rich blessings of nature all over again, and this wine was reportedly born after 10 months of trial and error.
The wines feature original blends across a lineup of red, white, and orange.
All of them are said to be finished as charming wines.
About the Wines
As mentioned above, "LADY beetle" features a lineup of three varieties: red, white, and orange.
・"RED"
Blended with gorgeously aromatic red wine to pair with hearty steaks of thickly sliced lean meat sprinkled with several types of spices under the open sky of the sun. It is a wine made primarily from high-quality Muscat Bailey A cultivated in Yamanashi Prefecture, combined with Cabernet Sauvignon that also carries oak notes.
・"WHITE"
A dry white wine with lemon aroma, crafted to pair with mineral-rich oysters and shellfish, as well as seafood BBQs of shrimp and squid.
・"ORANGE"
A crisply chilled sparkling wine finished with traditional method (secondary fermentation in the bottle). It features effervescence that spreads briskly in the mouth and the distinct flavors of 100% skin-contact fermented Koshu orange wine.
Also pay attention to the stylish bottles.
Not only Japanese wine enthusiasts, but also outdoor lovers should certainly check them out.
