About the "Early Summer Hokkaido Exhibition"
At the "Early Summer Hokkaido Exhibition," items will include milk and dairy products from Hokkaido, the "Dairy Kingdom," as well as bakery goods and sweets luxuriously made with them. In addition, from Esashi Town—one of Hokkaido's leading seafood landing ports—there will be exclusive ramen and soup curry made with scallops and crab, along with the locally popular crab rice.
Furthermore, the event will feature the ever-popular seafood bento special, newly debuting sweets trending on social media, and Hokkaido's classic gourmet offerings.
Examples include popular milk and cheeses from 〈Machimura Farm, Ebetsu City〉, 〈Country Home Fuukei, Shikaoi Town, Tokachi Region〉, and 〈Cheese Kobo NEEDS, Makubetsu Town〉.
The collaboration parfait allowing you to savor the flavor of Hokkaido milk will be exclusive to Fukuoka Mitsukoshi.
Hokkaido Wine Also Featured!
Naturally, Hokkaido wine will also be featured at the exhibition.
A special wine counter will be set up where you can enjoy cheese from 〈Cheese Kobo NEEDS〉 alongside wines from Otaru City's 〈OSA WINERY〉.
