On Saturday, September 19, the Figaro Wine Club will host a tour visiting winery "マンズワイン" in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, with wine journalist Motoko Ishii.
This event includes a lunch and a tasting of a total of 11 Komoro wines.
About the Event
In this event, participants will visit マンズワイン in Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture, together with wine journalist Motoko Ishii, who is also a friend of the Figaro Wine Club.
In addition to visiting grape vineyards ready for harvest, including the premium Japanese wine "ソラリス", the schedule features a comparison tasting of 11 types of wine (including back vintages) and a tasting lunch.
Furthermore, the event plans to feature a cross-talk and a producer social gathering with Dai Shimazaki, chief winemaker at マンズワイン, as well as winemakers from ジオヒルズ ワイナリー and テール・ド・シエル who are involved in winemaking in Komoro.
