About the Day Bus Tour
This bus tour marks Felissimo’s first collaboration with “Hyogo Terroir Journey,” a program developed by the Hyogo Tourism Bureau.
It is a special journey for adults designed to engage all five senses through encounters with local food, craftsmanship and people, and this tour is the first installment.
The day trip takes place in Tanba, Hyogo, a region rich in nature and living traditions.
Wine Pairing Included
The tour offers a substantial program introducing participants to Tanba’s climate and craftsmanship, including a fermented-seasoning workshop, a sake-brewery visit, and a hand-building experience with the traditional pottery known as Tanba-yaki.
A highlight will be a kaiseki meal made generously with seasonal local ingredients, including wild-boar spare ribs paired with wine produced by Felissimo.
It promises a satisfying day packed with the delicious flavors and enjoyable experiences of Tanba.
