f winery Launches Tasting Flight to Help Guests Find Their “Favorite Wine”

FELISSIMO’s urban winery f winery overlooks Kobe Port.

Inspired by the April 4 commemorative “Oshi-Oshi Day,” and with the hope of giving people an opportunity to become more familiar with wine and enjoy the experience of finding their own “favorite wine,” f winery will begin offering a new menu selected by its sommeliers on April 5.

Here are the details.

About the program

The spring program lets guests taste wines well suited to the season, with the idea that once they find a favorite, they can also enjoy taking it outdoors for cherry-blossom viewing and other occasions.

The new 2025 spring “Tasting Set” compares three original wines made by f winery, including “f winery No.133 Kobe Merlot Rosé on Tap,” which is available only to visitors to the winery’s shop and stand (café & bar) area.

About the wines

Guests can compare “f winery No.133 Kobe Rosé on Tap,” being offered in the stand area for the first time, “f winery No.117 Australian Colombard White,” and “f winery No.109 Australian Shiraz Red.”

By comparing wine served from the barrel versus bottle, grapes grown in Japan versus overseas in Australia, and rosé, white and red styles, the tasting is designed to help guests discover wines they like and find a new favorite.

The program is intended to offer varied ways to enjoy wine culture, not only through the flavors themselves but also by sharing a favorite wine using hashtags such as “#OshiOshiDay,” “#fwinery” and “#FavoriteWine.” It is scheduled to run through Golden Week, May 6.

Enjoy wine casually and find a new favorite at the same time.

Why not try f winery’s wines while the program is available?
