The Undersea-Aged Wine <Kobe Merlot> to be sold this time.
The undersea-aged wine is a series of undersea-aged wines submerged to a depth of about 10m on the seabed of the Port of Kobe as a project under Kobe City's "CO+CREATION KOBE Project."
It is a wine series by "f winery," which is continuing the project's series.
This time, limited to Saturday and Sunday business days from December 7 (Sat), the anniversary of the opening of the Port of Kobe, to December 22 (Sun), a set will be on sale that allows you to compare and enjoy wine aged by sinking bottles to the seabed of the Port of Kobe near the winery, and wine from the same vinification that was not aged undersea.
It is a special Xmas project that comes as a set with 1 appetizer dish to enjoy together with the wine.
Limited Quantity Sale
In this project, you can compare by the glass the <Kobe Merlot> brewed and bottled in the same tank: the wine aged by submerging it in the seabed, and the wine not aged undersea.
Additionally, during the period, the undersea-aged wine bottle (750ml) "Kobe Merlot 104" will be sold for the first time in limited quantities for 7,480 yen including tax.
