This wine set is a product created in conjunction with "#Matching Day", an anniversary on November 11.

About the Undersea-Aged Wine
The undersea-aged wine developed by "f winery" is an undersea-aged wine series that began aging by being submerged approximately 10m deep on the seabed of Kobe Port as a targeted project of Kobe City's "CO+CREATION KOBE Project".
Triggered by entering the "CO+CREATION KOBE Project" in July 2020, the 1st demonstration experiment was conducted in November 2020.
Since then, the undersea-aged wine series project has been continuing.
About the "Matching Undersea-Aged Wine <Kobe Merlot> Tasting Set"
The tasting set released this time is an item that allows you to compare by the glass <Kobe Merlot> brewed and bottled in the same tank: wine aged underwater on the seabed and wine not aged underwater.
The price is 1,600 yen (tax included) per 1 set, and it will be sold exclusively for the 2 days of Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10.
