TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY will hold its first large-scale event, “EAT JAPAN! Nippon Taste Festival,” on Saturday and Sunday, November 8 and 9.
The event will also feature wines from Shinshu Takayama Village.

About “EAT JAPAN! Nippon Taste Festival”
“EAT JAPAN! Nippon Taste Festival” is the first major event at TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY since the district opened in March 2025.
The event is described as a new Cool Japan festival connecting food and music, regions and cities, and Japan and the world.
Shinshu Takayama Village Wine Will Be There
The theme of the first “EAT JAPAN! Nippon Taste Festival” is agriculture.
Thirty-three producers from around Japan, 17 food trucks and 27 stage acts will gather at the event.
Among attractive products from across Japan, Nagano Prefecture will be represented by wines and fruit from Shinshu Takayama Village.
It is a valuable opportunity to enjoy agricultural products and other foods that Japan can proudly share with the world.
