About the "Ishikari Fair"
The "Ishikari Fair" is an event held at Hokkaido Dosanko Plaza Sapporo Store.
It is organized with the cooperation of food-related businesses and municipalities to further promote recognition of the "food" and "tourism" of the Ishikari region by the Hokkaido Ishikari Subprefectural Bureau.
Centering around the sale of specialty products that bring together all the delicious flavors of the Ishikari region, tourism information and other materials are also scheduled to be presented.
Wine on Sale Too!
At the event sales area, producers and company representatives will rotate daily, passionately selling a wide variety of products.
About 100 specialty products from the Ishikari jurisdiction are scheduled to be sold, including seasonal vegetables, flaxseed oil, crab gratin, Kitajima wheat-fed pork cutlet loin sets, and smoked Camembert from Hokkaido.
In addition, Hokkaido wines such as haskap wine will also be available for purchase.
