About "Discover Yamanashi"
"Discover Yamanashi" is the 19th edition of "Around Japan," an initiative that introduces delicious seasonal ingredients and renowned beverages from various regions of Japan every three months.
It will be held at "Teppanyaki Ikka-Ichiyo" on the top floor of Courtyard by Marriott Shin-Osaka Station.
Featuring Yamanashi Prefecture!
As the name suggests, "Discover Yamanashi" shines a spotlight on Yamanashi Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese wine production.
Creative dishes will be served, focusing on ingredients and cuisine inspired by wine and grapes.
Along with ingredients Yamanashi Prefecture takes pride in, the lineup includes sparkling wine "Lumiere Sparkling Orange", white wine "Koshu Terroir Selection Iwai", and red wine "Toriibira Imamura Toriibira Rouge Cuvee Hana".
In addition, craft beer and sake representing Yamanashi Prefecture will also be available.
