About “DIONYSOS Wine Freeze”
“DIONYSOS Wine Freeze” is a cooling glass designed specifically for wine. After the gel-filled cup is frozen, room-temperature white wine at 20°C can be poured into it and rapidly chilled to below 5°C.
The product was developed to fulfill the wish for a genuine glass cooling vessel made specifically for wine.
Functions and Features
Unlike plastic alternatives, “DIONYSOS Wine Freeze” is made from real glass.
When room-temperature white wine at 20°C is poured into the cup after its gel has been frozen, the wine quickly cools to below 5°C.
The special cooling gel then maintains a suitable drinking temperature for around two hours.
Users can also enjoy two different temperature ranges: frozen at around -18°C or refrigerated at around 3°C.
Freezing is simple: place the glass in the freezer compartment of a typical household refrigerator, at around -18°C, for at least three hours until the gel is frozen.
It is recommended for white wine, Champagne, chilled sake, whisky, beer, iced coffee, iced tea, and more.
If the gel is not frozen but instead chilled in the refrigerator at around 3°C, it provides gentler cooling suitable for red wine as well.
